Introduce a buyer
With your buyer’s permission, start a group text with Blaze and the buyer, describe the property or question in general terms, and let the buyer choose how to continue. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements or other sensitive financial records by ordinary text or email; ask the loan officer for the secure application channel.
Discuss a difficult scenario
Blaze can talk through purchase options, rural property questions and investor financing, including situations where one lender’s criteria may not fit. Eligibility, underwriting and program availability vary. A conversation is not an approval.
Communication and privacy
