BLAZE HOME LOANS

Mortgage broker versus bank

A mortgage broker helps borrowers compare programs from multiple wholesale lenders; a bank generally offers its own lending products. Blaze is an independent broker, and the selected lender funds the loan.

What changes in practice?

A broker can help identify lenders whose requirements fit the borrower and property. Compare the full loan terms, fees and service, rather than assuming one channel is always cheaper. A bank may still be a suitable option.

Next step

Gather your goals, property plans and financial documents, then ask what lenders and program rules may apply.
